  1. Every time I talk to someone interested in SF, this series pops up at one point or another! It’s been on my reading list forever–I hope I get the chance to read it sooner than I expected 😀

  2. My original copies have been read so many times they are falling apart. Would love to get a replacement!

  3. Easily one of the best series of all time! I’ve introduced all my friends to it and they’ve loved it as well!

  4. I’m due to reread/finish the series! I haven’t read it since book 9 was the most recent one published. I should really finish reading these books!

  5. What better way to show for love for WoT than a backpacj. Maybe I won’t have to be inked after all.. ? 🙂

  6. I’ve read through the entire series three times now, no other fantasy series comes close to the scale of this one. I think I’m actually going to start going through the series again after this semester is done.

  7. I’m reading A Memory of Light right now for the fourth time. I’m amazed by it’s beauty each and every time. It is a wonderful ending to the most fantastic of fantastical stories I have ever known.

  8. The Wheel weaves as the Wheel wills. I am only a thread in the pattern, but hopefully I am the thread that will win that backpack.

  9. This is the best series in any genre I’ve ever read. The depth of story and character development is spectacular. It has touched mat life so much that my two boys are named after characters that Robert Jordan has brought to life. I really enjoy getting others to read the series as well. I may have convinced three others to give it a try just over the thanksgiving weekend.

  10. Very nice, and it’d be good to get copies of the books that aren’t (yet) falling apart from so many reads!

  11. I wants it! As much as Padan Fain wants the dagger of Shadar Logoth. Except, I won’t kill for it. The Wheel weaves as the Wheel wills, though.

  12. I honestly cannot count the number of people to whom I’ve either recommended this series or to whom I’ve given the first 6 as gifts. So many friends, so little time!

  13. I have not started the wheel of time series yet I am stillsearching for the hardcover of the first book. The anticipation is killing me.

  14. I really need a cool bag to take to the hospital when I deliver my son. This one would be awesome for stashing my kindle and a few other needed items in!

  15. I’m not a huge fan of the genre and probably wouldn’t consider reading these if I didn’t win them. But I loves free bookses.

  16. We’ve got our third “generation” of WoTmaniac established in the family – here’s hoping the Light sees fit to provide her very own brand new books & convo starter!

  17. I would so love to win to give to my bf. Since his puppy ate his books. So now he doesn’t have them anymore and it was one of his favorite series. I haven’t gotten a chance to read them yet.

  18. My entire family has been telling me to read this series for almost three years now. Think I better get on it! 🙂

  19. My family has been telling me to read this series for about three years now. I think I need to get on it! 🙂

  20. I first got my hands on Eye of the World in 1995 as a Peace Corps Volunteer. I read the first 6 six books during my two year service, most of them by candle light as I didn’t have electricity in my home. I found the first book in our small Volunteer library (books that other Volunteers leave for everyone’s use). I wrote letters home to my mother begging her to send me the other books in a care package. I never really thought about it but Robert Jordan helped me keep my sanity on a number of lonely nights out in the bush.

  21. As much as I would like these I would LOVE to be able to give them to my older brother. He was the one who introduced me to this marvelous series!

  22. I love this series. It’s one of my favorites, if not my absolute favorite. What would I use these books for? Giving away to friends so they can start on the series as well! The backpack would be mine 😛

  23. The Wheel of Time is one of my all-time favorite book series, and it was very upsetting to hear that Robert Jordan had passed away. I don’t think they could have picked anyone better to finish the series than Brandon Sanderson. I enjoyed the last few books every bit as much as the rest of the series!

  24. This series has improved my life in so many ways. I have spent hours upon hours vigorously discussing minute details of each book. I wish there someway for me to repay Robert Jordan for his life for which he gave for the readers of this series. He could have spent the months/ years of his life with his family having their own adventures instead he spent it writing and recording details about this series.

  25. Saw this backpack at JordanCon and would love a chance to get one. additional copies of the books is also welcome as it makes it easier to lend to others as I introduce new people to the series.

  26. I’m only about half way through the series so far, but I have going through a book a week! It would be great to win the bag to carry my books in. 🙂

  27. I have a friend who can’t say enough good things about this series. Just bought him A Memory of Light, and even though he hardly ever reads, he tore through it. If this series can make a reader out of him, then it is definitely worth checking out!!

  28. I’d have the Dark One’s luck if I win that thing…………………………………………….. Please… Oh please!!! I want it!

  29. I started reading this series when I was 13 and was so sad when Mr. Jordan passed. I would love to have all of the books again so I can have them readily available to lend to some of my friends to read. Honestly, my favorite Epic Fantasy series ever.

  30. So I think the last time I entered one of these I was given 24 hours to respond to an email…I missed that deadline because of connectivity issues…try again.

  31. Like many other fans, my first copies of the earlier books are falling apart from constant rereads. Replacements would be nice

  32. I’m always interested in more Wheel of Time! My old copies are starting to get a bit worn out.

  33. My girlfriends speaks very highly about The Wheel of Time series all the time! This would be a great way for me to get introduced to it. Just sayin.

  34. “The Wheel Of Time” series got me through some very long deployments back in the mid-90’s. I’m hoping to finally get to read the last in the series (poor Navy guy couldn’t afford hardbacks….or the space on the sub to stash them while at sea) when it hits paperback at the end of the year!

  35. I would kill to have that backpack to show my love for the greatest most fantastic series ever!

  36. Actually, I’ve never gotten past the first book in this series. I love fantasy and everyone I know keeps telling me to give it another chance. So, I’m not entering this sweepstakes for me. This would be a perfect birthday present for my little brother, who LOVES this series. 🙂

  37. There is so much depth in this series; in character, the world, plot, and a lot more. Those who love to read should try this series: nothing to lose, but much to gain.

  38. I just wish Jordan had completed his vision. Dream forever, brave soul… But I’m glad that his dream still lives on. The Wheel continues to turn, and turn, Forever.

  39. This would make a fantastic Christmas gift for several people on my list! I’d love to be able to win it.

  40. I would love to win this! If i do i know what book bg my 7yr old would be taking to school!

  41. This would help fill the void inside of me ever since the ending of the series. Maybe I will become a Blademaster.

  42. I’ve had my eyes set on Jordan’s books for the longest time but have yet the chance to pursue his series. Since my brother recently completed it (someone not known to casually sit down and read for long periods of time until recently), I feel I have to put aside my other books now and give this world a go.

  43. I will really enjoy settling in to read this series! Based on the reviews, it will be a riveting experience. It’s on my ‘to read’ list, but winning this would push it to the top!

  44. This is awesome. I would love to have those items! I have read the series 20 times at least.

  45. This series of books is always in the conversation of best series of books when talking with other readers. This would be an excellent gift for myself or if I’m feeling in the Christmas spirit for a friend who is a teacher who says this is his all time favorite series of books.

  46. I have been an avid reader of this series for 15 years! This would be a prized treasure in my Wheel of Time collection!

  47. I would love to win this! I’ve always wanted to read the Wheel of Time books, just haven’t gotten around to it.

  48. This series started my love of fantasy and I go back and re-read it so often my books are falling apart! Thanks for this chance to win something cool!! 🙂

  49. We’re fans, and we would love to at long last have copies of The Eye of the World, The Great Hunt, and The Dragon Reborn for our very own! We’ve a touch of the “old-fashioned” in us, since we miss having texts in our grasps now that there’s an ebook revolution taking place. Plus, OurKids would love the backpack, too!

  50. The best fantasy series i somehow never picked up; it slipped through the cracks, let us make this right.
    Pretty please.

  51. Oh man, that bookbag is awesome and my old copies of those books are falling apart. It would be amazing to win this!

  52. My son won a backpack when Brandon and Harriet were in Birmingham. It would be really great to be able to match his backpack. It was his interest in WOT that got me started reading the series. I was somewhat a Tolkien snob……glad to say not anymore. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

  53. I keep having to restart the series, as there is such a long time between books, an I love it every time!

  54. Would love to win these books. I wonder how they compare to the Outlander series by Diana Gabaldon, of which I am a huge fan! 🙂

  55. I so loved the Wheel of Time books I got my mother to read them and now my son reading them.

  56. These books have an honored place on my bookshelf. Like so many others, these would be replacements for the well read copies that are presently there.

  57. Six years ago, my then-first grade son, was struggling in school. There were many reasons for this – all having nothing to do with him, but affecting him none the less. I started reading The Eye of the World to him. He knew of it because I had been reading the series from its inception. My son has since read ALL the books in the series on his own. He leads his class in reading level and retention. The series is second to none. But helping me and my son…that’s priceless. Jordan/Sanderson are part of my family. Thank you!!!

  58. I would absolutely love such a backpack and wear it all day, everyday. Even in the shower and when I go to bed.

  59. Fabulous! I let someone borrow two of those three books and never got them back. I could use the replacements =)

  60. This is the series that got me firmly addicted to fantasy. I love the new cover art for the books also! I hope I win!

  61. I still re-read my original Wheel of Time books, which are about 20 year old copies. Love them and read them every year!

  62. This is an excellent series. Would be a great addition to my book collection.

  63. One of the best worlds I’ve ever seen created. This story has been a major inspiration for the fantasy series I’m writing.

  64. only website got thou its old :(…..the wheel of time changed my life..my children love it…my wife… my sister….. her roommate……though i cannot afford the 5th book so if i win i will cry:….( ****FINGERS CROSSED******)

  65. i am going to double ..triple….etc my chances to win i will be re posting often…. im serious i cannot afford it so any others i cheat out of a chance…well i tried harder!! ;P

  66. to clarify i cannot afford the 5th one but if i win the first 3 will make an exelent start to my new bookshelf as the last one as destroyed and i ended up homless and had to leave all my books behind 😉

  67. well since i am going to be here for a while to ensure my success lets start a few things PERRIN,MATRIM,RAND who is your favorite ta’vareen???

  69. Hopefully I’ll have the Dark Ones own luck on the third time around and win this time.

  70. One of the best series I’ve ever read. I finished Memory of Light in almost exactly a week – stayed up for a marathon 7.5 hours straight of reading to finish The Last Battle, because you can’t simply interrupt that chapter once it begins.

  71. Started this series a few years ago. Now that the last book is out, REALLY need to re-read it from beginning to end.

  72. Thank you for a giving me a chance to win these books. I always wanted to
to read them. Would be a blessing if I won.

  73. I found this series on the bookshelves of my local library in middle school. It quickly became my favorite and has stayed that way. I checked them out over and over again, and you could find me, in class finished before everyone else reading. I’ve remained a steadfast fan, and try to recommend the series to everyone I come across.

  74. I have heard nothing but positive about this series. I would love to read them. Thank you for the chance to win

  75. I have heard lots of great things about Robert Jordan books. would love to win these so I can read them!

  77. Wow! This would be awesome. I only read the first book so far, and I REALLY loved it. I’m too broke to get the next one right now, so winning this would be amazing! I LOVE TOR!!!!

  81. My friends have been raving over this series for years so thought I’d give this sweepstakes a shot and possibly win some highly praised novels.

  82. I’ve been trying to get my husband to read WoT forever. It would be great to give him these new editions!
