  16. This is such a gorgeous book. It is written beautifully and tactfully, and its strategically placed plot points keep me entertained. Even after the first time. Namely, the fifth time. But I am still enthralled and enamored. Thank you, Mr. Sanderson, for bringing this to the world.

  18. Can we just talk about how awesome the Way of Kings is, please? Because it is freaking amazing, and frankly I don’t personally know anyone who hasn’t loved the book. I’m so excited for the next book, because it’s torturous not reading all the sample chapters that are being posted.

  20. Sanderson is the best, specifically when it comes to defining characters through their thoughts…. Gotta love quotes like

  44. After reading AMOL I am exited for this continuation of the way of kings it was a story that entrapped my mind and was finished in 3 days

  46. I was hoping he would be able to make his initial November 2013 deadline, only because he would have had four books coming out in 2013. (Okay, and because then we’d have it faster.) But I’m sure it’ll be that much better now that he’s had the extra time to work on it!

    And I think it would have been hilarious if he’d kept the name “Book of Endless Pages.”

  89. Very much looking forward to the second book, especially after the Tor.com preview chapters. It looks like Brandon’s really on top of his game with this one, and given that he’s one of the most technically proficient writers in the genre, that’s saying something.

    For my money, this is the best series currently being published in fantasy literature.

  103. When asked what 3 books I would choose if I could only have three, and I was stuck on a deserted island, The Way of King’s is the first book that came to mind. It is my favorite book. I used to have a lot of trouble when people would ask me what my favorite book was, but now, I can always say without hesitation that The Way of King’s is my favorite book. Though, now that Words of Radiance is coming out, I’m not sure it will hold that place.

  104. Stormlight archives is a fantastic series, and I know I have inspired others to pick up his writing when I tell others that Kahlidin is the best single character I have ever read.

I absolutely love love love this series and have been telling everyone about it! Can’t wait for book 2 – already pre-ordered!!!!

  156. Amazing story lines with plots and twists that draws the reader in. The comradeship that is forged between the characters through their hardships makes the trials that we face in real life seem trivial. Also the new world that the author creates is so different from book to book it is very refreshing. Please continue creating worlds for my mind to wander!

  167. Loved The Way of Kings. After reading it I bought a copy for my brother for his birthday. He preordered Words of Radiance for me as an Xmas gift in return. Can we skip February this year?
