  1. I signed up for the TOR newsletter and received the confirmation email with the invitation to download the Stormlight Archive, but was unable to download and open from the link provided. Do you have any recommendations?

    1. What device are you using to download it? I’ve just tested it on a PC, Mac, and an iPad and the link worked fine on each device. Feel free to email us that info to and we can figure it out together. Thanks!

    1. Yes, it’s the only way to get the email with the file. You won’t be signed up twice for the newsletter though. So no worries there.

  2. Signed up and downloaded the Kindle version on my tmobile Galaxy S7. “Cannot open file” is the toast message. :'(

    1. Download Send to Kindle from Amazon, use the file browser to navigate to the book, then use the Share button, and select Send to Kindle. After about 10 min, it will show up in your Amazon Kindle app.

  3. I can’t sign in as the server is not responding. As I am already getting the newsletter, how can I get the book?

    1. I just tested signing up and the server worked fine for me. Are you still getting error messages?

  4. I got the email, and when I clicked on the Kindle download, it did download, but never got to my Kindle. It is now sitting in my Downloads file in Windows 10. I even tried dragging it over through File Explorer to the Kindle, and nada. How exactly can I get this to my Kindle which is plugged into my computer??

    1. The epub file is not a zip file. It is only one file, not folders. If you are still having trouble downloading it, please contact us at and we’ll see what we can do to help you. Thanks.

  5. Can you please send me the link. This is the second time I’m sending it. I didn’t receive it the firest time.
