  1. Books are my best friends, and I would totally be happy for a long time to make ten more friends!

  2. Tor/Forge is one of the few publishers I would actually buy a book from based on the name of the publisher. Most of the time it doesn’t really matter who published the book, but in this case, I actually lend weight to the name.

    Congrats on the followership!

  3. I want it…I’ve been stealing tor books from my library since I was 8, surely that qualifies me, right?

  4. Thanks for publishing great books. Many of your books have taken me from boredom to the heights of excitement and into into a myriad of worlds to explore! Thank you – and I hope you continue to produce more great books of fantasy, and science fiction!

  5. You guys provide such great information and insight to the Fantasy would, it was a no brainer to follow you on Twitter!

  6. What an interesting assortment of book covers as well as books. Many of the books you are offering are on my reading list and I would love a chance to win them so I can read them.

  7. Sign me up please! Spellbinder would be great, I already have most of the rest of them.

  8. The Awakenings sounds really interesting. I thought Fuzzy Nation was well done – someday I’ll have to read the original novel that inspired it.

  9. Awesome, I follow you on twitter!!! Without your website I would have never heard of my new favorite author, John Scalzi. These editions would have an esteemed place on my bookshelf.

  10. I live in a town where the only place I can buy books is walmart, and their selection is not the best. I would love to read some new material from tor!!!! Rebecca

  11. I started following you at dragoncon. Didn’t know you had a fun, cool online presence til then!

  12. I keep hoping I win one of these things. That’s a *great* collection of books, even if I have read two of them already. (And thought they were wonderful, I might add…)

  13. A nice variety of authors and styles included as well: whoever wins is bound to have the opportunity of reading at least one new (to them) author and perhap finding a new gem to add to the obsessive reading list.

  14. Tor publishes all of my favorite books. It is my most sincere wish to one day work for them. Until then, winning some books would be pretty awesome too.

  15. Sign me up! I had to leave almost all of my library at home in California when I moved to New York, so I’m keeping my fingers crossed. πŸ™‚

  16. I admit it, I’ve never read any of Robert Jordan’s work, an oversight that I should correct very soon. While the John Scalzi title initially drew me in to the contest, I had to click on the rest of the covers and find out more. The books by Cherie Priest and Carrie Vaughn look very interesting, and I’d love to read further.

  17. I’ve been an avid reader for many years of the titles published by TOR. My first series was Terry Goodkind’s Sword Of Truth novels. Captivating from beginning to end and reread several times over again. It’s the only publisher I trust to put out great sci/fi fantasy.

  18. What a fabulous idea! Thank you for the opportunity to win one of your terrific titles!

  19. Congratulations! Tor is awesome though, so not that surprising πŸ˜€
Those books look very interesting, I’ve been planning to read Ganymede and Spellbound.

  20. Oh, this is exciting! I actually have some of those books on my list already, and the others all look good as well!

  21. Congratulations on 100k. This collection looks amazing. Exactly what we have come to expect from Tor…awesome books from the best authors!

  22. What I wouldn’t do for the next Robert Jordan graphic novel! The Wheel turned too fast for that great man, but maybe it will turn in my favor! Much love to TOR!

  23. That is great. I’ve followed you for a while. Can’t believe it’s only 1000. I’ll have to do some promoting.

  24. I was surprised at how many of the books I’ve bought in the past year came from TOR. You just carry what I love I guess.

  25. OOOH.. there are soooo many great new releasees!!! I’ve really been eyeing a lot of these books so this is such an awesome prize pack! Thanks so much!!!!

  26. Been a fantasy fan forever, and now my sons are. I’m building a beautiful collection of books to pass to my boys and then so on.. I can’t imagine a better thing to give to them than stories, especially volume upon volume of fantastical fiction stacked on bookshelves as high as the ceiling!

  27. Wow! Congrats on numbers! I would LOVE to win these! They certainly wouldn’t gather dust in my household of readers!

  28. So many good titles, will have to plan time off to give them the undivided attention they deserve.

  29. Ah, how exciting! I love books! I hope I win πŸ˜€ I wouldn’t have gotten this many books all at once since my last day working at B&N and they let me take home all the advanced reader’s copies in the breakroom haha

  30. The Faerie Ring by KiKi Hamilton looks like a really good book. Will prob buy it if I don’t win it.

  31. The Eye of the World has my name written all over it. I’ve been watching the single issues come in at work one at a time, waiting patiently for the graphic novel to be released. <3

  32. I can’t believe a new Carrie Vaughn book is coming out! I’ll definitely need to pick that one up!

  33. Why are these things only ever available to people in the States…a large proportion of those 100k followers come from Europe too…there seems always to be a lack of love towards the European market…c’mon…localisation doesn’t hurt you guys THAT much does it…

  34. Awesome!!! Congratulations may the Light forever shine it’s favor upon you . WoT could be a better giveaway, got my Eye on one of them but they are all really FANtastic.

  35. OK, I need this…I don’t have ANY of these books yet,..and I will read them all!!! Muahahahaha…

    Would like to win though.
